Homes in the first release are coming together as framing and roofing continues. The final slab in the first release has been poured and more than 50% of frames are now complete. Work has also commenced on the footings for homes in the second release.

Civil works for the balance of the site are progressing well with Paperbark Crescent, Cordrush Lane and Rock Lily Way all now beginning to take shape.Installation of the sewer, stormwater and water mains plus underground electrical services throughout the site is ongoing. The new road providing access to Birch Row, Pardalote Parade, is awaiting line marking and streetlights before final sign off.
